BCA was the historic preservation consultant for the adaptation of this circa 1930 building from commercial to residential use. BCA produced a Preservation Master Plan, a National Register nomination and qualified the project for a 20% Historic Preservation Rehabilitation Tax Credit. BCA also created restoration construction documents and monitored restoration work.
