BCA performed all services associated with the successful restoration of the stone and bronze exterior, including a conditions survey, site and laboratory testing, photographic documentation, and cleaning tests. BCA later surveyed conditions of the interior materials, including wood, metal, stone, tile, and other fixtures. 

This project was the recipient of the New Jersey Historic Preservation Award by the New Jersey State Historic Preservation Office and the Honor Award for Excellence in Architecture from AIA New Jersey.
