Holy Cross Church

Sumter, South Carolina

Built in 1850-52, this rural South Carolina church is a rare example of rammed earth (pise de terre) construction. BCA is performing analysis of the building's original interior plaster as part of a Save America's Treasures funded restoration of the building.
