This elaborate marble Beaux Arts palace was originally constructed for the New York State Chamber of Commerce in 1901.

The project was awarded the New York State Historic Preservation Award presented by the State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation, the Lucy G. Moses Preservation Award presented by the New York Landmarks Conservancy, and the New York Preservation Award presented by The Municipal Art Society.
