This 675,000 square foot convention center located in Manhattan opened in 1986 and was designed by James Ingo Freed of I. M. Pei and partners. BCA performed a conditions assessment and prepared treatment recommendations for the interior and exterior of the building. BCA also designed and performed cleaning mockups and prepared the technical specifications for the restoration of the building's interior and exterior cast stone and concrete surfaces.
