This urban complex incorporating business, recreational, and open space was completed in 1955. BCA developed a historic preservation master plan that included new work documentation, historical research, conditions surveys, restoration specifications and photographic documentation for this 14-building center and its artwork, sculpture, gardens, and plazas. In addition, BCA secured a Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit.
